What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed).
- KYC data: government ID and proof of address — uploaded only when you request a payout.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
- Trading activity: simulated orders, balances, and P&L on your evaluation account.
- Technical data: IP, browser, device, basic analytics.
How we use it
To provide the Service, verify your identity for payouts, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@firstlyfunded.com. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Account and trading data: kept while your account is active and up to 7 years afterwards for tax/AML compliance. KYC documents: 5 years after last payout.
