14-day cooling-off period
You may request a full refund of your evaluation fee within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not placed a single trade on the simulated account.
After the first trade
Once a trade is executed on the simulated account, the evaluation is considered consumed and the fee is non-refundable.
Failed evaluations
Evaluations that fail due to a drawdown breach, rule violation, or inactivity are not eligible for refund. You are welcome to start a new evaluation at any time.
Funded accounts
Once an account is promoted to Funded status, no refund of the original evaluation fee is available — the fee has been earned in full.
How to request a refund
Email support@firstlyfunded.com from the address on your account with your order ID. We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending profits or payouts.
